MSM and your skin
Among its many benefits, MSM has been shown to encourage the repair of damaged skin. Our body is creating new skin cells every day and when sulfur is adequately available, the new skin is softer and smoother. The new skin cells are also more permeable, allowing toxins to be eliminated through the sweat glands, relieving the liver and kidneys from their heavy workload.
Why Supplement
This vital mineral is primarily found in meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products. Since we are advised to restrict these products in our diets, a sulfur deficiency can easily result. The sulfur found in plant sources is often lost in washing, cooking or steaming, so we are left with very few ways to achieve adequate sulfur intake in our diets. (2) Royal BodyCare's MSM with Microhydrin is the perfect way to meet your dietary sulfur needs. We have combined MSM with Vitamin C, for the positive synergistic effect of these two nutrients.
Why MSM With Microhydrin
Microhydrin is a silicate nanocolloid, which reduces surface tension and increases conductivity in water taken with the capsule. Microhydrin has been shown in a human placebo controlled study to increase both intracellular and extracellular hydration. This is an ideal condition for optimum absorption of MSM.
Safety
MSM is a non-toxic substance, with a toxicity profile similar to that of water. The body uses the MSM that it needs and eliminates any excess within 12 hours. MSM should not be confused with sulfites or sulfa drugs. Allergies to these substances do not effect your ability to take MSM. (3)
