Before we teach what to say to your leads, let's take a look at the email ad they received:

Here is the call script that we have used to enroll co-op prospects on the first call: Assume Bill Smith is the prospect's name.

Do the formalities ...

"May I speak with 'Bill Smith' please.
Hi, this is Todd Thompson from Thornton, CO, you recently
received an email from us that prompted you to visit our website at
royal-health.com where you filled out a form requesting a free
RBC Business Introduction Pack, what in that email
caused you to investigate what we have to offer?"

Answer: Biz op, make money, work from home, or do business online, are all good answers. If they say ... just wanted the FREE stuff, they may not be to best prospect to spend time on the phone with . . . send a tape only.

Next question: "Bill, are you interested in breakthrough Nutritional products?
Or ..... "Bill, do you take nutritional supplements currently?"

This question lets you know their interest in suplements. If they answer no to either question, then you are wasting your time with them ... potentially.

Next question: "On a scale of 1 to 10 ... how motivated are you to,br> make a success of a home business at this time?"

If they answer favorably to each question, then tell them what WE have to offer.

If YES, then say, "Let me tell you how I got involved with the fast Track program in Royal BodyCare. We have 3 Business Start Up Packs. I enrolled with the Champion pack because it allowed me to earn the maximum commissions possible. I did not want to leave any money on the table that I could be earning."

"Do you remember seeing the Fast Track Packs on our website?"

If yes, then say, "Each of the Pack contain many of our top selling products as well as ALOT of promotional materials to assist you in getting your business rolling. Remember, you will aslo have access to use our web site at Royal-health.Com. We will provide complete training so that you are successful ... YOUR success, is our success ... we guarantee it!"

Then ask, "Which of three Packs are you most interested in?"
They will then tell you how much they can afford to spend.

If they can not afford the PRO ($295 USA - $455CAN), then offer the Member Kit ($25) and a 120 Cap bottle of Microhydrin.
Say it like this:
"Here is what you should do. Join RBC for $25 and order one of our top selling and result producing products called Microhydrin. Test it out for a while so you can see for yourself why everyone is so excited about this product and RBC in general. Isn't that a great deal?"

If YES, then take their order: Fast Track Pack ... or Member Kit and Microhydrin.

If no sale is going to happen, then ask them if they would like to receive more information about our opportunity.
If Yes ... send them a Microhydrin tape, RBC Now mega-newspaper and cover letter.
If no ... say thanks, you have a great day ... bye.

We will keep them in our follow system via email and hopefully lure them in at a later time.

That's it. The calls will lead you in many directions and conversation will not follow this pattern exactly every time .... this is just an example.

Here is the phone message script:

"This is a message for Bill Smith, hello Bill, my name
is Todd Thompson, you recently received an email from us
that prompted you to visit our website at royal-health.com where
you filled out a form requesting a free RBC Business Introduction Pack,
we are calling you today to ask a few additional questions so that we can
send you a packet of information that best suits your need. Before we
send you this Info Pack, we need you to call us at: 800-###-####
Thank you ... and we look forward to hearing from. goodbye."

An 800# will significantly increase the number of call backs you receive. You can get an 800# from RBC (Globenet Communications) for 5.9 per minute ... a rate that is VERY hard to beat!
